Why Can’t I Stay Motivated in Life?

How are we inspired but not motivated? The excitement behind inspiration is most often temporary. Just because we possess emotion or enthusiasm does not mean it’s a long-term desire. We maintain motivation by identifying what we value most and drawing out a plan to achieve it.
