First day of my tour was yesterday, and it went amazing! The kids were very engaged, and asked some great questions about society. Teacher told me afterwards, “No one has been able to keep their attention for the full duration of a hr. You kept their attention beyond a hr and they wanted to stay longer.”
The youth is not dumb people, they understand everything that is going on from racism to injustice. It is important for us all to play our part in making sure they are not confused from what they are hearing from various outlets.
